One aspect of the iPhone that Apple never reveals at launch is the battery capacity. This has always been the case and we have to wait for the disassembly of these smartphones to know the battery capacity. The recently released iPhone 13 series comes with a slightly increased thickness. This higher thickness means that some of the iPhone 12 protective cases are useless for the iPhone 13 series. However, the good news is that the iPhone 13 comes with a bigger battery.

Specifically, the nominal battery life of the iPhone 13 mini/13 Pro is 1.5 hours longer than the previous generation. In addition, the iPhone 13/13 Pro Max is even more 2.5 hours longer than the previous generation. Obviously, linking these two things, it is not difficult to speculate that there is an increase in the battery of the iPhone 13 series. This is indeed the case.

iPhone 13 Pro: 11.97Whr, an increase of 11% over the 10.78Whr of iPhone 12 Pro
iPhone 13 Pro Max: 16.75Whr, an increase of 18% over the 14.13Whr of iPhone 12 Pro Max.
