The key specifications of the much-anticipated Infinix Zero 5G smartphone have leaked online ahead of the phone’s release. Anish Kapoor, CEO of Infinix Mobile, revealed in an exclusive interview that the company will launch its first 5G-ready smartphone in India early next year. Aside from that, the company plans to launch seven new devices in the country in the first half of next year, according to the CEO. Mukul Sharma, a leaker, discovered the Infinix Zero 5G on Google Play Console earlier this month, ahead of its launch.

According to a recently discovered Google Play Console listing, the Infinix Zero 5G will be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity processor and may come with 8GB of RAM. Last month, the design of the upcoming smartphone, as well as a slew of other important details, leaked online. The Zero 5G smartphone is expected to have a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a Full HD+ resolution of 1,080 x 2,460 pixels. Furthermore, the screen has a refresh rate of 120Hz. To house the front shooter, the front panel has a punch-hole notch in the center. According to the Google Play Console listing, the phone will be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 900 processor built on a 7nm fabrication process. Aside from that, the phone will include a powerful Mali G68 GPU. Furthermore, the Zero 5G will be powered by Android 11 with Infinix’s XOS skin on top.

In terms of photography, the Zero 5G has three rear-mounted cameras. Furthermore, the back panel has a dual-tone flash. The rectangular camera setup will be available in the rear panel’s left corner. The primary camera on the phone will be 48MP. Aside from that, the phone will include two additional sensors. Ultra-wide-angle and telephoto lenses are examples of these.
