On December 27 in China, Xiaomi will make the Redmi K60 range official. The company stated the new series won’t have a gaming version while confirming the date on Weibo.
A first for the Redmi brand will be the K60 phone in the series, which has a triple camera system on the back that includes a periscope shooter.
Redmi’s sub-brand said there is no longer a need for a specialized version of its flagship smartphone in a series of teasers sent to its Weibo account.

There are four days until the event, and we’re hoping that official teasers will reveal additional information and specifications. One of the phones, most likely the standard Redmi K60, would contain a Dimensity 8200 chipset, according to brand manager William Lu.
The Redmi K60 Pro is rumored to contain a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset, but we won’t know for sure until Tuesday.
