There will be another beta in July, followed by the final release in the fall for all supported Pixels.

Beta 3, Android 13 achieves platform stability, which is a significant milestone for app developers because it signifies that all app-facing behaviors in the OS, as well as APIs, have been finalized. Most app developers will want to start working on Android 13 compatibility now, knowing that the platform will remain unchanged until the final release.
