POCO X3 Pro gets MIUI 13 Global Stable With A Rather Boring Changelog

The POCO X3 Pro is one of POCO’s best-selling phones, and it’s not a leap to compare it to the iconic POCO F1 in terms of popularity. Both gadgets are performance-oriented, and as a result, flagship processors are available at extremely low prices. While the POCO F1’s software support has come to an end, the X3 Pro is still going strong and has recently received MIUI 13.

The update’s version number is, and it has the ‘global’ tag, indicating that it is being rolled out across different regions. It’s 3.1GB in size and includes Android 12 as well as the February security patch (via Xiaomiui).

Apart from the Android and security patch versions, the changelog doesn’t say much, with the sole notable feature addition being the option to open apps as floating windows directly from the sidebar. This is accompanied by some improvements to a couple of security apps:

It’s worth noting that the POCO X3 Pro’s MIUI 13 upgrade is still in its early stages of dissemination and looks to be limited to Mi Pilot testers for the time being.
